　　MSJ160—8型盘转式压砖机是瑞光机械在吸收国内外同类产品的基础上，联合国家级科研部门，推出的新一代压砖机。该机结构合理、钢性强、压力大、经久耐用、操作维修方便，并具有压力显示、机械故障报警、电源相序保护、过载缺油自动停机、安装方便等功能。

主要特点：
1、转动部分完全密封，压力供油，循环润滑，油液经过多次过滤，特设油液补偿油箱，使转动部分充分润滑，减少磨损；2、回转偏心轴同曲轴齿轮分离，使曲轴齿轮副完全密封；3、活塞多重防尘密封，采用高强度橡胶伸缩套；4、顶塞杆两端采用球面瓦，压力供油润滑；5、主要受压件选用优质钢材精细加工而成，能满足最大工作压力两倍以上的强度；6、加大三角带轮质量增加转动惯性，加大曲轴齿轮直径使旋转力距大大增强，从而使该机压力大、耗电省、产量高；7、回转十字结构采用汽车十字万向节，使转动更灵活、平稳耐用、回转盘增加钢外圈，并三点钢性定位，使回转盘工作更平稳、外圈不易磨损；8、调料机构采用蜗杆蜗轮副转动，螺杆升降调整进料高度等特点。
